We store the product catalog, pricing, and inventory information you upload to power your AI sales agent.
Conversation Data
We process customer messages sent through WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger to generate AI responses on your behalf. Message content is used solely to operate the service.
Usage & Analytics
We collect logs, feature usage data, and performance metrics to improve platform reliability and your experience.
How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery
Your data is used to operate the AI sales agent, manage your product catalog, process simulated orders, and surface analytics on your dashboard.
AI Model Improvement
Anonymised and aggregated conversation data may be used to fine-tune and improve our AI models. We never use personally identifiable customer data for model training without explicit consent.
Communications
